For me, summer has always been about long days at the lake. Sun on your skin, music playing, kids laughing, and no real schedule in sight. This year, I’m thrilled to bring that feeling into a new kind of session: Lake Days. These sessions are designed to celebrate everything you love about being on the water. Whether your family lives for wake surfing, sunset cruising, or sandy toes at your favorite lake beach, we’ll turn those moments into lasting memories that feel just like summer always has: warm, free, and full of life.
If your happy place is at the lake, then you’re in the perfect spot to capture it! Your family photos should feel like your real life: full of connection, energy, and sun-soaked moments that make summertime feel like pure magic. That’s exactly what Lake Days are all about. As a family lifestyle photographer serving lakes across Oklahoma including Lake Eufaula, Lake Tenkiller, Lake Arcadia, and Lake Thunderbird, I love meeting families where they feel most alive. For some, that means wake surfing to your favorite song and jumping off the boat, and for others, it’s simply soaking in those slow, lakeside moments. No pressure, no expectations, just your family as you are!
Right now, your days at the lake might feel ordinary. But they won’t always be. The Polaris ride to the dock, your boat parked next to your lake friends. The way your daughter looks at you before jumping in, the sound of your son laughing from the tube, the way you all pile together in damp towels after sunset — these are the moments that matter.

Imagine this:
• Dad holding little brother while wake surfing across the waves, his squeals of joy carried by the wind
• Littles snacking on the boat, watching cannonballs and belly flops with big smiles
• Your whole crew dancing to your favorite jams, wet hair and sun kissed skin
• Little sister being boat DJ (a job she takes very seriously)
These sessions are not about posing or perfection. They are about what summer feels like for your family — wild, fun, and completely unforgettable.
Lake Days sessions will be available at a few of my favorite Oklahoma spots. For local bookings, we can meet at Lake Arcadia or Lake Thunderbird, both perfect for relaxed, adventure-filled family time. I’ll also be offering a limited number of special sessions at Lake Eufaula, with specific dates available for booking. If your family’s favorite place is Lake Tenkiller, you’re welcome to reserve a Lake Eufaula session and request a location change. Please note that a $75 travel fee will apply for sessions held at Lake Tenkiller.
